NBL27 MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
The member acknowledges and agrees that their membership with the Perth Wildcats is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document, which exclusively defines the member's rights and benefits. Should a member disagree with these Terms and Conditions, they must not purchase a membership with the Perth Wildcats. Furthermore, each member must comply with any rules and regulations imposed by the Venue, the NBL, the ticketing and membership platform provider, or future policy changes of the Perth Wildcats regarding membership from time to time.
2. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
“Business Day” means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday in the state of Western Australia
“Companion Card” means a card issued by the State or territory the card holder resides in, entitling the card holder, who requires attendant care support, to a second Membership for their companion at no charge.
“Conditions of Entry” means the rules and regulations governing entry and conduct at the Venue, including but not limited to the RAC Arena Code of Conduct, the NBL Spectator Standards, and any other rules imposed by the Perth Wildcats or the NBL.
“Finals Series” means any matches designated by NBL as a Perth Wildcats home finals match played at a Venue.
“Force Majeure Event” means an event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Perth Wildcats, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, riot, civil commotion, governmental action, epidemic, pandemic, or curtailment of the NBL Season or games due to unforeseen causes.
“Full Season Membership” means a specific membership product offered by the Perth Wildcats that includes reserved seating for all sixteen (16) Perth Wildcats home games played at RAC Arena during the Regular Season, including NBL Ignite Cup Games, but excluding Finals Series games and NBL Hoopsfest games.
“Home Game” means any match designated as a Perth Wildcats home game during the Regular Season and played at the Venue (RAC Arena) or any replacement or relocated venue determined by the Perth Wildcats or the NBL, excluding any Finals Series or Hoopsfest games.
“Manager” means the authorized entity or its designated agents responsible for the operational management and enforcement of the Conditions of Entry and relevant policies at the Venue or during events.
“Member Portal” means the online platform provided by the Perth Wildcats or its ticketing and membership platform provider where members can manage their membership details, update payment information, access digital tickets, and utilize features like the Member Seat Resale Program.
“Membership Benefits” means the entitlements, rights, privileges, and features granted to a Member based on the category of Membership purchased, including, where applicable, game access, discounts, priority access to finals tickets, and exclusive communications.
“Membership Fee” means the total price payable by a Member to the Perth Wildcats for a Membership, inclusive of GST and any applicable administrative or processing fees, which grants the Member their Membership rights and benefits.
"NBL" refers to the National Basketball League
“Non-Access Memberships” are a membership that does not provide in Venue game access to Perth Wildcats home games.
“Part Payment Plan” is an arrangement to pay a membership off in instalments, completed prior to the season ending.
“Patron” means an individual who attends any NBL game, event, or activity, and whose entry and conduct are subject to the applicable Conditions of Entry and Member Code of Conduct.
“Regular Season” means the period of each League season, as determined by the NBL, and usually commencing on or around September/October and ending on or around February.
“Renewal Date” means the date we notify Members of the availability of renewal Memberships to be purchased for the next NBL Season.
“Renewal Notice” means the communication provided by the Perth Wildcats to Members, typically via email, which notifies them of the availability of renewing their Membership for the next NBL Season, details the applicable fees, and specifies the timeframe for opting out of auto-renewal or making changes to their membership product.
“Season” means the annual period of the National Basketball League (NBL) competition, which includes the Regular Season and any subsequent Finals Series.
“Stakeholders” means entities or parties associated with the Venue or the Perth Wildcats who hold a direct interest in the event and are granted reasonable discretion to enforce the governing Conditions of Entry and Member Code of Conduct policies.
“Ticketing Agent or Ticketek” means the official ticketing and membership platform provider appointed by the Perth Wildcats to facilitate the sale, management, and distribution of Memberships and tickets, which, for the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, is Ticketek.
“Venue” means RAC Arena, or any other stadium where a Perth Wildcats Home game is played.
3. Membership Purchase
a) Purchasing a new membership or renewing an existing membership
i. When purchasing or renewing a membership, you are doing so without the knowledge of dates and times of the games being determined. No refunds will be offered if you are unable to attend games due to scheduling.
ii. Members may choose to join either online, over the phone or in person.
iii. After submitting an application and a payment of the membership fee has been made, the Perth Wildcats will send you a transaction summary via email once the membership has been processed. You must provide a valid primary email address upon applying to receive a transaction summary.
iv. The Perth Wildcats reserve the right to not accept any membership application form provided it is acting reasonably and in compliance with applicable law.
b) Renewing Memberships
i. A Renewing Member is classified as anyone who held a 2025/26 Perth Wildcats membership.
ii. Any seats previously allocated to 2025/26 Full Season Member will remain the members unless the member opts-out of the membership for the next season or upgrades/downgrades their membership to a different membership category.
4. Membership Prices
a) All Prices include GST
b) All Payments Will Incur:
Administrative fee (one-off annual fee) - $4.50
c) Membership Classifications
i. Adult
An adult is classified as any member aged 19 years or over as at 1 October 2026. (Born on or before 30 September 2007).
ii. Junior
A junior is classified as anyone who is 15 years of age or under as at 1 October 2026. (Born on or after 1 October 2010).
The Perth Wildcats do not provide, nor is it responsible for, the supervision of junior members if an adult/parent/guardian is not present at a home game.
iii. Young Adult
A Young Adult is classified as anyone who is 16, 17 or 18 years of age as at 1 October 2026 (Born between 1 October 2007 and 30 September 2010 inclusive).
The Young Adult membership is a new category for the 2026/27 season. Members who now qualify as a Young Adult and previously held an Adult membership for the 2025/26 season are not entitled to any refund or adjustment of the Adult membership price paid in 2025/26, as this lower-priced Young Adult category did not exist in that season.
iv. Family Membership
A family membership includes 2 adults and 2 or more juniors (15 years of age or under as at 1 October 2026).
v. Concession Membership
Concession membership is a new category for the 2026/27 season and is applicable only to the Silver Adult and Bronze Adult categories. Eligibility for Concession Membership requires the presentation of a valid concession card at the time of membership purchase or renewal. Only the following concession cards will be accepted:
Pensioner Concession Card issued by Services Australia
Department of Veterans’ Affairs Card
By providing a concession card, members confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria. The Perth Wildcats reserve the right to verify any concession entitlement and to decline or cancel membership where eligibility cannot be verified.
Members who purchased a full adult membership in previous seasons but would now qualify for a concession membership are not eligible for any refund for past payments, as the Concession Membership category did not exist previously. Members may choose to purchase a Concession Membership for the current season if they meet the eligibility criteria
5. Full Season Membership
Full Season Memberships include reserve seating for all sixteen (16) home games played at the RAC Arena including NBL Ignite Cup Games, subject to change due to scheduling and venue availability. Full season membership excludes final series and NBL Hoopsfest games.
6. Companion Membership for Carers
a) If a member holds a state issued companion card, the member is eligible to receive a second membership of the same category at no charge for use by a carer when attending with the paying member.
b) The companion card must be presented at the time of purchase, or a photo emailed to the Perth Wildcats Membership department to ensure validity.
c) This membership category is only available in the Bronze full season category.
d) The Companion Membership will be issued in the name of the Companion Card Holder.
e) The Companion Membership includes venue access and a seat at home games.
7. Membership Payment Terms
a) Payment Methods
i. Memberships may be purchased using one of the following payment methods:
1. Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express);
2. Approved alternative payment methods (such as Afterpay or other buy-now-pay-later or digital wallet providers), where made available at checkout and third party payment terms may apply.
ii. Available payment methods may vary depending on whether you elect to pay in full or via an instalment plan.
b) Instalment Plan (Recurring Card Payments)
i. Instalment plans are available only for payments made by credit or debit card.
ii. If you elect to pay via instalments:
1. You authorise Ticketek on behalf of the Perth Wildcats to securely store your nominated card details via its third-party payment gateway provider;
2. You authorise Ticketek on behalf of the Perth Wildcats to process recurring payments against that card for the total membership amount divided into instalments;
3. Payments may be processed as merchant-initiated recurring transactions;
4. Instalments will be processed on or around the scheduled dates notified to you at the time of purchase.
iii. Alternative payment methods (including Afterpay and other buy-now-pay-later services) are not available for instalment plans unless expressly stated.
c) Auto-Renewal
i. If you elect to participate in automatic renewal:
1. Your membership will automatically renew for the following season in the same category (and seat, if applicable);
2. The renewal amount will be charged to your stored card;
3. Perth Wildcats will provide a Renewal Notice to members, typically via email, notifying them of their applicable fees and the timeframe for cancelling or opting out of auto renewal;
4. You may opt out within the timeframe specified in the renewal notice by following the instructions within the renewal notice, typically by logging into the Membership Portal and selecting the cancellation option.
ii. Auto-renewal is available only where a valid credit or debit card is stored on file.
iii. If a category of membership is removed by the Perth Wildcats, the member will be required to purchase a new membership category and will be notified via email that they have the option to purchase in a new membership category.
iv. The Perth Wildcats Membership team will provide notice before processing any auto-renewal of memberships. This notice may be by email before the start of the next season’s renewal period. The Perth Wildcats Membership team may send additional notices or reminders during the renewal period. You will have until the end of the renewal period to advise the Perth Wildcats Membership team of any changes or upgrades you wish to make to your membership package, or to notify the Perth Wildcats Membership team that you would like to opt-out of the membership package. Strict timeframes apply during the renewal period. If you do not notify the Perth Wildcats Membership team that you do not wish to roll over your membership during this period, you will be taken to have agreed to your membership being rolled over.
d) Updating Payment Details
It is your responsibility to ensure that your nominated card details remain valid and up to date. If your card expires, is cancelled, or is replaced, you must update your payment details before the next scheduled instalment. Failure to maintain valid payment details may result in the suspension of your membership entitlements.
e) Failed Payments
i. If an instalment payment is declined, cannot be processed, or is returned unpaid for any reason, the Perth Wildcats reserves the right to charge a Failed Payment Fee (currently $14.95 per unsuccessful transaction).
ii. This Failed Payment Fee will be added to the outstanding balance and processed upon the next successful payment attempt. This fee is independent of, and in addition to, any fees or charges levied by the Member’s financial institution for the dishonored payment.
iii. The Perth Wildcats reserves the right to amend the amount of the Failed Payment Fee upon providing reasonable notice to the Member.
iv. If a scheduled payment is declined, cannot be processed, or is returned unpaid for any reason, Perth Wildcats may attempt to re-process the payment within a reasonable period and/or contact you to request updated payment details. You authorise Perth Wildcats to process any outstanding amounts once valid payment details are provided.
v. Membership entitlements, including barcode access and game entry, may be suspended while any amount remains unpaid. If payment remains outstanding after reasonable attempts to obtain payment have failed, Perth Wildcats reserves the right to cancel the membership without further notice. The member remains liable for any outstanding amounts accrued prior to cancellation.
vi. If you believe that a payment has been withdrawn incorrectly, please contact the Perth Wildcats Membership Team on (08) 6272 0777.
f) Chargebacks
i. Where payments are made via card:
1. You acknowledge that instalment and renewal payments are authorised recurring transactions;
2. You agree to contact Perth Wildcats to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback with your card issuer.
ii. Where a chargeback is initiated:
1. Membership access may be suspended during the dispute process;
2. If the chargeback is determined to be invalid, Perth Wildcats reserves the right to recover outstanding amounts and associated chargeback costs;
iii. Perth Wildcats may cancel the membership without refund in cases of misuse or bad faith disputes.
iv. Chargeback rights are subject to applicable card scheme rules and consumer protection laws.
g) Privacy and Security of Payment Information
Payment information is processed securely through Perth Wildcats’s third-party payment gateway provider. Perth Wildcats do not store raw card details. All payment data is tokenised and managed in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards and Perth Wildcats’ Privacy Policy.
h) Upfront Payment
Members may pay in full via VISA, Mastercard, American Express or EFTPOS in the Cats Gear Team Store located at the Bendat Basketball Centre in Floreat.
8. Transfer of Membership Cards
a) Perth Wildcats Members can transfer their membership (or individual game tickets) to a family member or friend providing that individual is at the equivalent level of entry.
b) Tickets issued to Junior Members and transferred to an adult will require payment of the applicable price difference at the RAC Arena Box Office prior to venue entry.
c) When a Member transfers their membership access or ticket to a third party (Guest) under this clause, the Member is responsible for ensuring that the Guest is aware of and complies with these Terms & Conditions, including the Conditions of Entry and the Member Code of Conduct. Any breach of these terms or non-compliance with Venue policies by a Guest will be deemed a breach by the Member, and the Member will be held fully accountable for the Guest’s conduct. Such a breach may result in the suspension or cancellation of the Member’s Membership without refund.
9. Membership On-Selling
Perth Wildcats Membership cards and individual match tickets are strictly prohibited from being resold, offered for resale, or otherwise transferred for value without the prior written consent of the Perth Wildcats. This includes resale or listing through secondary ticketing platforms, online marketplaces, social media groups, or similar channels
a) Memberships and tickets must not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the prior written consent of the Perth Wildcats, including but not limited to advertising, promotions, competitions, trade promotions, or bundling with other goods or services.
b) Any Membership or ticket identified as being used or distributed in breach of this clause may be cancelled immediately and without refund. The ticket holder may be denied entry to the venue and the offending member’s Perth Wildcats Membership may be suspended or permanently cancelled without refund.
10. Membership Seating
a) At the Perth Wildcats discretion, reserved seat members can be moved within their block, without prior consent from the member, to assist with seating requests and or to bring single seats or a group of seats together.
b) Members will not be allocated into a seating location if this will result in a single seat being left in the row. Where possible, the Club will make reasonable attempts to contact affected members to notify them of any required seating changes.
11. Flexi Memberships
a) Flexi Memberships entitle the holder to entry and bronze level seating for up to two (2), four (4) or seven (7) tickets to a Perth Wildcats 2026/27 NBL Season match/es of their choice. Tickets are available for redemption through Ticketek and are subject to availability.
b) Flexi members have access to bronze level seating at RAC Arena, as nominated by the club and membership type. It is recommended that members reserve their seats to games as early as possible. Ticketek administrative and handling fees may apply.
c) Seat upgrades to higher categories of seating may be purchased through Ticketek upon redemption. This is also subject to availability. Additional fees and charges will apply.
d) Should a member not utilise all tickets as per their membership package, they are forfeited at the end of the regular 2026/27 NBL season.
e) Unused tickets as per membership packages are not transferrable to finals series games or to the following season. They must be used in the regular 2026/27 NBL season.
12. Member Seat Resale Program
a) The Perth Wildcats Member Seat Resale Program is available exclusively to full-season seated 2026/27 members (Captains Club, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze & Wheelchair). Companion members, Part-season members, Flexi Members, or non-allocated seat members are not eligible to use the Seat Resale Program.
b) Members may return seats for resale for all 16 regular season home games (including Ignite Cup games), unless otherwise designated by the Perth Wildcats.
c) Seats may only be returned via the Perth Wildcats Membership Portal. Returned seats must be submitted no later than two (2) hours prior to tip-off for the selected game.
d) Once submitted, a seat return is final and cannot be reversed. Membership barcodes for the returned game will be deactivated, and the member will no longer have access.
e) Returned seats will be automatically listed for sale via Ticketek once confirmed.
f) Members will only receive a credit if the returned seat is successfully resold. The credit will be applied exclusively towards 2027/28 Perth Wildcats membership fees and will be based on the table below. Credits are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, and will be forfeited if the member does not purchase a 2027/28 membership.
g) The Perth Wildcats will notify members after each game if their seat has been resold and the amount of credit they have earned. At the end of the 2026/27 NBL regular season, and prior to the 2027/28 renewal period, members will receive a summary of their total credit and how it will be applied to their 2027/28 membership.
h) The Perth Wildcats make no guarantee that a returned seat will be successfully resold.

13. Finals Ticketing
a) Finals tickets are not included in any Perth Wildcats membership categories.
b) Should the Perth Wildcats qualify to play in the 2026/27 NBL Finals Series, all members will receive pre-sale access to purchase tickets to home finals games via Ticketek.
c) The pre-sale information will be communicated to members upon confirmation of the Perth Wildcats qualification to play each finals game.
14. Lost Membership Cards
a) Membership cards that have been lost or stolen must be immediately reported to the Perth Wildcats Membership team.
b) Should the replacement card not be available for the next home game, the member can access a ticket version of their membership barcode and send by email from the Membership portal, or access their card via the Wildcats App. Otherwise, the member can visit the Perth Wildcats Membership team at the box office on game days. The box office is located out the front of the RAC Arena, to the left of the main Entry A doors.
15. Member Code of Conduct
a) The Perth Wildcats or its stakeholders may, in their reasonable discretion:
i. conduct searches of Patrons for any items which are prohibited by law or prohibited by these Conditions of Entry; and/or
ii. request identification from a Patron where the Manager or its agents reasonably suspect the Patron is contravening these Conditions of Entry; and/or
iii.photograph a Patron for future identification purposes where the Manager or its agents reasonably suspect the Patron is contravening these Conditions of Entry; and/or
iv.confiscate any items prohibited by these Conditions of Entry or used to facilitate a breach of these Conditions of Entry.
b) Your attendance at any NBL game, event, or activity constitutes your acknowledgement to comply with the NBL Spectator Standards, along with any applicable NBL or venue policies. You can find the NBL Spectator Standards here: NBL Spectator Standards.(opens in a new tab)
c) A patron must not engage in courtsiding or the transmission of match data in any format, including the services performed by data scouts, data journalists, data commentators, etc without the express written consent of Basketball Australia. Any person suspected of engaging in this conduct will be asked to leave the venue immediately and have their personal information submitted to Basketball Australia. d) The Perth Wildcats reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from, the Venue without compensation, any patron whose conduct is, or is deemed by the Perth Wildcats or its stakeholders, to contravene these Conditions of Entry.
e) A patron who breaches these Conditions of Entry may be denied access to or evicted from the Venue and/or be banned from attending future events at the Venue. A patron may be asked for identification for the purpose of enforcing these Conditions of Entry, including prosecution or other law enforcement purposes.
f) Perth Wildcats members must act in accordance with the RAC Arena Code of Conduct at all times for the benefit of all patrons. The RAC Arena’s Conditions of Entry can be found at the following link: https://www.racarena.com.au/Conditions-Of-Entry(opens in a new tab)
g) It is our policy to promote a safe and secure environment and that our attendees do not engage in any inappropriate or anti-social behaviour, inclusive of the excessive consumption of alcohol, racial taunts, violent behaviour, bad language, threatening or disruptive speech/acts to other attendees, NBL officials or teams. This will not be tolerated at any time during Perth Wildcats home games or events. The Perth Wildcats reserves the right to terminate memberships without a refund should members, or those attending in place of a member, or ban patrons that display any of this inappropriate behaviour.
h) The Perth Wildcats, the Venue, or their authorised personnel reserve the right to take immediate action—including the denial of entry, ejection from the Venue, or temporary suspension of a Membership—for any conduct that compromises safety, involves violence, illegal acts, discrimination, or is related to severe intoxication. Such immediate action may be taken without prior warning, compensation, or refund to the Member.
16. Cancellation Policy and Refunds
a) The Perth Wildcats are not required to provide a cancellation or refund where the Member has simply changed their mind. Once purchased, Membership Fees are non-refundable, except to the extent that a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy is required under the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.
b) All requests for membership cancellation and refunds must be submitted in writing to the Perth Wildcats Membership Department via membership@wildcats.com.au(opens in a new tab). A cancellation form will then be provided, which must be completed and returned by the member.
c) In the event a cancellation and refund are granted, the following will apply:
i. All membership cancellations incur a $50 processing fee per member. Table 1 shows the percentage of refund provided depending on the date the request is made.
ii. For memberships that have been paid in full, the refund amount will be based on the table below. After October 1 2026, no refunds will be granted unless otherwise required under the provisions of Australian Consumer Law.
iii. Memberships purchased under a part payment plan may be cancelled up until 1 October 2026, unless otherwise required under the provisions of Australian Consumer Law. Upon cancellation, any remaining unpaid instalments will be cancelled, and all instalments already paid will be non-refundable.

17. Errors and Omissions
a) While every care is taken by the Perth Wildcats to ensure that the most accurate information is presented on the website, including pricing, there may be some rare occasions where the information presented is incorrect.
b) Accordingly, to the extent permitted by law, the Perth Wildcats reserve the right to decline or cancel any membership purchase that has been made based on incorrect information.
c) Before the Perth Wildcats can exercise this right, the Perth Wildcats must notify the affected person of the errors or omissions together with all necessary information to evidence that the information contained on the website is incorrect.
18. Notices and Primary Contact
a) The Member acknowledges and agrees that the Perth Wildcats will use the Member’s nominated email address, mobile phone number (via SMS), and phone number as the primary and preferred means of communication for all administrative and contractual matters, including but not limited to Renewal Notices, changes to these Terms and Conditions, game day information, and important membership updates.
b) It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their contact details, particularly their email address and mobile phone number, remain current and accurate via the Member Portal or by notifying the Perth Wildcats Membership Team.
c) Any notice or communication sent to a Member's last known email address or mobile phone number will be deemed to have been received by the Member at the time of transmission.
19. Privacy and Use of Personal Information
a) By acquiring or renewing a Perth Wildcats membership, you acknowledge and agree that any personal information collected in connection with your membership, including but not limited to your contact details, ticket purchase history, and membership preferences, will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy outlines how your information is handled, your rights regarding your personal data, and how you may access or update your information. b) You further consent to the disclosure of your personal information to the National Basketball League (NBL) for purposes related to the administration of the NBL competition, including ticketing, communications, promotions, and membership benefits. c) Your continued membership constitutes acknowledgement and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as set out in this clause.
20. Force Majeure
a) If the Perth Wildcats is wholly or partially prevented or delayed from performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions (including the staging of Home Games or the provision of Membership Benefits) by a Force Majeure Event, those obligations will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event.
b) The Perth Wildcats will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations to the extent that such failure or delay is directly or indirectly caused by a Force Majeure Event.
c) In the event a Force Majeure Event results in the cancellation, postponement, or relocation of any scheduled NBL Season games, the Perth Wildcats will determine, in its reasonable discretion and in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law, the appropriate course of action. This may include, but is not limited to, providing ticket access to replacement games, issuing membership credits for a future season, or offering partial refunds.
21. No Guarantee
a) Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions and subject to any rights a Member may have under the Australian Consumer Law, the Perth Wildcats makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Membership, the Membership Benefits, or the performance of the Perth Wildcats team.
b) Specifically, the Perth Wildcats does not guarantee:
i. Any particular result or level of performance by the team in the Season or any specific game.
ii. The availability of a specific player for any game.
iii. That all Membership Benefits will remain unchanged throughout the Season.
iv. Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Member Portal or ticketing services.
c) The Membership Fee is for the overall package of access and benefits provided and is not conditional on the team's results.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Western Australia, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts and courts of appeal from them. The parties will not object to the exercise of jurisdiction by those courts on any basis.
23. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
The Perth Wildcats reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these NBL27 Membership Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms & Conditions on the Perth Wildcats Membership Portal, or upon notification to members via email. Continued membership or use of membership benefits after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions.
