How do I become a member?

Becoming a member is easy. Simply join online today by clicking the ‘buy now’ button next to the membership package you are after. Alternatively contact one of our friendly membership staff on (08) 6272 0777 or email membership@wildcats.com.au or head into the Perth Wildcats office located at the Bendat Basketball Centre, 201 Underwood Avenue, FLOREAT, WA, 6014.

Memberships can also be purchased during the season at RAC Arena on game days. Head to the membership club desk located inside the Arena on the ground floor, to the right of the RAC Arena information desk.

 

How can I pay for my membership?

All payment options are outlined in our terms and conditions at www.membership.wildcats.com.au/important-info/terms-conditions/

New members can apply for a new membership over the phone on (08) 6272 0777 or online at www.membership.wildcats.com.au.

When purchasing a membership over the phone, please notify the team member if you would like to pay in full or on the payment plan.

When purchasing online, please select yes to the question ‘Instalment Option’ if you would like to pay your membership in instalments.

Renewing members, the club announces renewal periods at the end of each season where you are able to either call or email the membership team to either pay in full, pay in part payments or opt out of your membership.

A maximum of 10 instalments is offered and this option is only available for MasterCard and Visa payments. The part payment schedule is as follows:

1st Payment: Date application is processed.

2nd Payment: 15 May 2019

3rd Payment: 15 June 2019

4th Payment: 15 July 2019

5th Payment: 15 August 2019

6th Payment: 15 September 2019

7th Payment: 15 October 2019

8th Payment: 15 November 2019

9th Payment: 15 December 2019

10th Payment: 15 January 2020.

Members who join and/or apply for the part payment plan after scheduled payments have commenced will have the number of required payments deducted to bring them up to date with the schedule. Subsequent payments will then be deducted at each specified date

How can I purchase multiple memberships online?

Multiple membership can be purchased online by clicking ‘Add Another Registration’ after filling in one application. You will find this option after selecting submit application & pay online then selecting Next after Instalment Option.

How can I sit with my friends?

Please list the full name of the existing or new member/s you would like to sit next to in the section ‘I would like to sit with/Additional Comments:’. Whilst we cannot guarantee to fulfil every seating allocation request we will do our best to have you and your friends in close proximity.

Are there wheelchair bays available for patrons?

Yes, wheelchair bays are available to purchase for membership. Please call the Perth Wildcats membership team on (08) 6272 0777 to check wheelchair availability.

Can a friend use my membership card if I can’t attend?

Yes, they can. Memberships are fully transferable, as long as they fall into the same age category of the membership purchased (Child/Adult).

How do I update my credit card details?

To update the credit card details linked to your membership payments please click here to download the form. Once complete please email this to membership@wildcats.com.au or phone 6272 0777 to update your details.

I’ve lost my membership card – what do I do?

To report a lost or stolen card, please contact the membership team no later than 12pm one business day before a home game. Replacement card/s are available (subject to a $10 reprint fee) and can usually be collected at the following home game. You can also purchase a lost ticket voucher from the Ticketek Box Office at RAC Arena on game day (subject to a $10 fee).

What age classifies a child membership?

A child is classified as anyone who is 16 or under. (Deemed a child if patron is born on or after 1 Jan 2003)

What if I purchased a child membership but want to take an adult on game day?

You can upgrade your membership on game day from the Ticketek Box Office at RAC Arena by purchasing an upgrade ticket for an additional fee.

What is my membership number?

Your membership number is a unique number located on the back of your membership card that corresponds to your account on the club database.

What is the Companion Card policy?

The Perth Wildcats are an affiliate of the Companion Card program. It agrees to provide an admission ticket for the cardholder’s companion or carer at no charge. This includes a reserved seat if a seat is purchased by the person requiring a carer. Companion cards must be shown before purchase.

When do I find out about my allocated seats?

A membership staff member will be in touch with you within two working days to discuss your seating options

When will I receive my membership pack?

Members who join prior to October will receive their membership packs in their mailboxes in September. Members who join in October and later will collect their membership packs from RAC Arena on game days.
